With the choice of pedal or electric drive power you can choose to cruise with electric power comfort or enjoy normal pedal power touring.

Disclosure of Commercial Building Energy Efficiency Forum.

Do You Own, Occupy, Lease or Manage a Commercial Premises over 2,000 sq. mtrs? 

Starting in the second half of 2010, up to date energy efficiency & rating information will need to be disclosed by building owners. Mandatory energy efficiency reporting for all commercial buildings over 2,000 sq. mtrs will be a requirement when buildings are sold, leased or sub leased.
